Many societies and economies in Africa are developing rapidly.
Taaleri has been among the first European investors to be building a portfolio of real estate in Africa.
Taaleri's first Africa Fund was opened to investors in February 2014 and, by the end of October, had accumulated approximately €39.5 million of investment commitments from a total of some 430 investors. The fund has invested in real estate development projects in Kenya, Rwanda and Mozambique. From conceptualisation to divestment, the projects are managed in cooperation with local partners.
The fund is closed and is no longer accepting new investors.
