Bioindustry
Taaleri Bioindustry systematically invests in the development and production of resource-efficient and sustainable materials on an industrial scale. Our first fund, Taaleri Bioindustry I, invests in disruptive technologies within the bioindustry field in Finland and Europe.
Over the past decade, Taaleri has invested successfully in wind and solar energy generation projects in the bioindustry sector. We have financed a biorefinery for processing tall oil as well as a bio-gas production fleet, in addition to several other industrial scale bioindustry plants.
As the world strives to end its dependence on fossil fuels, bioindustry investments have the potential to act as the key enabler in efforts to replace fossil-based materials and enable a sustainable and circular bioeconomy. Taaleri Real Estate is a Nordic real estate investor creating value for our investors by delivering consistent and attractive returns through local expertise and deep sector knowledge. Taaleri Real Estate specialises in real estate investments, asset management and real estate fund management. We focus on incorporating sustainability criteria into our investments, with particular attention to energy efficiency and low-emission solutions throughout the property lifecycle.
Taaleri Real Estate made its first investments in 2009. Since the inception, we have created multiple real estate vehicles followed by successful exits. We leverage our extensive experience and broad network to identify investment opportunities that will provide best-in-class risk-adjusted returns throughout market cycles.
