The processing of your data is based on our legitimate interest.
We send consumers electronic direct marketing only based on consent. At any time, you may cancel the consent you have given for electronic direct marketing.
E-mail-, telephone- and face-to-face sales and marketing
How we process your data
We process your data for the marketing of Taaleri and Taaleri’s products and services for you, if you do not have a valid customer relationship with Taaleri Wealth Management Ltd or for an organisation you represent that does not have a valid customer relationship with Taaleri. Marketing measures may include sales and marketing taking place by telephone, e-mail, face-to-face or mail.
We do not process your data in the following ways:
- sale of your data to a third party: we do not sell your data to anyone
- automatic decision-making, including profiling: based on your data, we do not do automatic decision-making or profiling that would affect your rights.
What data we collect and why
In addition to your contact information, the data that we collect may concern, for example, your assets, the service providers you are currently using or your family relations.
We collect your e-mail address in order to be able to contact you by e-mail. If you do not give us your email address and consent to electronic direct marketing, we cannot send you topical information about Taaleri or its products and services.
We collect your telephone number in order to be able to contact you by telephone or SMS.
We may also collect other information for short periods. If, for example, you register for one of our events, we can ask about your special dietary requirements, but we do not keep such information for longer than necessary.
Where we collect data from
We collect data from public sources, and data that you yourself give us, or which a party that you have authorised to assign your data to Taaleri gives us. We can receive updates to your contact information from an external actor.
Data assignment and transfer
We can assign or transfer your data in a situation where one of our partners is performing a task on behalf of Taaleri, which is in accordance with the purpose of collecting your data, or when we are using software maintained by another party. A written agreement has been concluded with all our partners in which the responsibility of the processor for processing your data is precisely specified, and in which the processing of your data is limited only to processing under the agreement.
As a rule, we do not transfer or assign your data outside the EU/EEA area. If we do this under exceptional circumstances, we ensure by agreement that your data are protected at least to the level required by the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.
Within Taaleri Group, we can assign data when justified to do so.
We never sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data until you request for removal of your data, or before that if we have the impression that you no longer want to receive our marketing.

Your rights and how to use them
When you no longer want our marketing
When you want to cancel your consent to electronic direct marketing by email, object to the processing of your data, restrict it or just be forgotten, you can select from the following alternatives:
Removal from mailing list
- Each email message that we send contains a possibility for the recipient to remove themselves from the mailing list. If you remove yourself through this, we will no longer send you any mailing list emails.
- Alternatively, you can send a short message to the address info@taaleri.com stating that you wish to be removed from our mailing list.
- If you remove yourself from our mailing list, we can still contact you by telephone or send you a letter or an individual email.
Refusal of telephone marketing
Send a short message to info@taaleri.com or call +358 800 552 135 and tell us that you no longer wish for us to contact you by telephone. After that, we will no longer call you but we may send you emails or letters.
“Being forgotten” or restricting the processing
Send a short message to info@taaleri.com and tell us that you want to restrict the processing of your data or you no longer wish to receive any of our marketing. We will do what you say.
If you want to correct incorrect information about you
We do our best to keep your information up-to-date, but if you notice errors in it, contact us at info@taaleri.com, and we will correct it.
If you want to know whether we process your data
If you want to know whether we process your data and what data we have about you, send a short message to us at info@taaleri.com and ask to see your data. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but no later than within 30 days.
Complaint to the authorities
If you feel that your rights based on the Data Protection Regulation have been infringed by Taaleri, you are entitled to make a complaint on the matter to the office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
Protection of your data
We value your privacy. Taaleri protects your personal data by reasonable physical, technical and organisational measures in order to prevent the unauthorised use and processing of personal data, and its unauthorised or accidental loss, destruction or damage. Such measures include the following
- your data is available only to employees of our Group who have a right to it based on their jobs
- comprehensive data protection training for personnel
- technical protection of data, for example by firewall
Changes to the privacy statement
As our operations develop, our processing practice presented in this statement may be subject to new forms, and thereby privacy practices may change. We keep this statement up-to-date, so we urge you to read its content from time to time.
