Taaleri Plc’s Annual Report 2024 has been published
Taaleri Plc has published its Annual Report 2024 today, and it is available on the company’s website at https://www.taaleri.com/en/investors/reports-and-presentations. The Annual Report includes the Board of Directors’ Report and the Financial Statements consisting of the Consolidated Financial Statements and the Parent Company Financial Statements.
Taaleri has today also separately published the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for 2024.
The Financial Statements are published in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The Annual Report including the Financial Statements is available separately in XHTML format and the primary statements and the notes of the Consolidated Financial Statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Taaleri’s ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.
The Annual Report includes a sustainability report with reference to the GRI Standards. In addition, the content and methodology of the sustainability report have been guided by the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and accompanying European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) that will pose obligations for Taaleri Plc from 2025 onwards, affecting reports published in 2026.
The Annual Report is attached to this release in PDF and XHTML formats. The Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report are attached to this release in PDF format. All documents are available on the company website https://www.taaleri.com/en/corporate-responsibility/document-archive. Taaleri does not publish the reports in printed format.
