The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the base prospectus for Taaleri Plc’s (the “Company”) EUR 70 000 000 bond program today, 8.12.2016. The base prospectus is available in Finnish on the Company's website at www.taaleri.com/fi/investor-relations/velkasijoittajat.

The Company is contemplating to issue a 5-year fixed rate senior unsecured bond. The bond issuance will be the first under the above mentioned unsecured bond program.

The preliminary terms are available on the Company’s website at www.taaleri.com/fi/investor-relations/velkasijoittajat (only in Finnish). The size of the bond and final terms will be confirmed after the end of the sales period, at the earliest on 13.12.2016. The issuer reserves the right to cancel the offer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond.

The Company will make an application to list the bond on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.

Danske Bank Oyj acts as sole lead manager of the bond issue. Borenius Attorneys Ltd acts as legal advisor for the Company.
