Taaleri commits its Energy business key personnel with minority shareholding
Taaleri Plc's Board of Directors has decided on an arrangement, whereby ten operative persons of the Energy segment will be invited to become minority shareholders in Taaleri Energia Oy. The ownership arrangement is part of Taaleri Energia's commitment and bonus scheme.
The ownership arrangement is implemented as a directed share issue, where the persons subscribe to Taaleri Energia's new shares. The arrangement will lead to key personnel’s holding of 23 percent of Taaleri Energia’s shares. The shares offered to the key personnel will have one vote and the shares owned by Taaleri Plc will have 20 votes.
