TAALERI PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 8 APRIL 2024 at 19:00 EEST
Flagging notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act
Taaleri Plc has on 8 April 2024 received an announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, according to which the total number of Taaleri Plc shares indirectly owned by Vakuutusosakeyhtiö Henki-Fennia decreased below five (5) per cent of the share capital of Taaleri Plc on 5 April 2024.
The share capital of Taaleri Plc consists of 28,350,620 shares and each share is entitled to one vote at the general meeting of shareholders. On 27 March 2024 Taaleri Plc announced that it cancels 154,367 of its own shares and that cancellation has been recorded with the Finnish Trade Register on the same day. The registration of the cancellation of Taaleri Plc’s own shares is still in progress, and thus Taaleri Plc’s share capital on 8 April 2024 still consists of 28,350,620 shares.
